About Compact Loader Service

Compact Loader Service began with one skid steer, a truck, and a simple commitment: do honest work and treat every project like it matters. Over the years, that commitment has guided how we operate — paying attention to the details, following the right codes and regulations, and making sure the work we leave behind is safe, clean, and built to last.

The owner, Patrick Corle, grew up around tractors and equipment, and officially launched CLS in 2007. What started as a small operation has grown into a fleet of CAT machines and specialized attachments that allow us to work efficiently without cutting corners. In 2014, Patrick and his wife welcomed triplets and the business has continued to grow right alongside their family.

Patrick still enjoys the equipment, but what drives him most today is working with homeowners, listening to what they need, and shaping projects that solve problems for the long term. The approach of doing the job right the first time is why most of our work still comes from referrals and repeat customers.

Based in Ruckersville and serving the greater Charlottesville area, Compact Loader Service is proud to be a local business built on relationships, craftsmanship, and the kind of service people feel good recommending.
